This is one of those questions that I see time and again. As a matter of fact it’s something I’ve asked in the past.
The other day I was on a Blab hosted by Post Planner’s Rebecca Radice and and they were talking about this very topic.
It really does depend on when your audience is on social media viewing your content.
That being said let’s take a look at what this Infographic is showing us.
Source: The Science of Social Timing Part 1: Social Networks
As you can see from the above infographic 5 p.m. (according to the color coding) Eastern standard time sees a 6% increase in tweets.
Best tweeting policy is 1 to 4 tweets per hour. Not sure what to Tweet? Once again I have to say use Post Planner because it couldn’t be any easier to find content to post. You can search for articles, quotes and more.
I loved the tip Diana Adams from Post Planner shared on Blab: “Use these time as a first step. But, no one knows the right time for your audience except you because you are the only one who has access to your Facebook insights.”
The other piece of information Diana shared with regard to looking at Facebook insights was to look for a pattern and piece together your perfect schedule.
When’s the last time you thought about checking your Facebook insights?
