As mentioned in the video you can also look at different groups where your ideal customers hang out and find out what they are asking.
You might be thinking that this takes and lot of time and perhaps it does but wouldn’t you rather focus your attention on giving your customers/clients what they need instead of what you think they need?
When you start addressing their needs and concerns you start building a business relationship. They start to know who you are and that you have the solutions to their problems.
Never underestimate what a video can help you accomplish whether you are on screen or not.
Your customers are out there. Find out what they are asking and then provide them with the valuable information they need in your videos.
That’s the way you build a brand.
