Expect the Unexpected!
Planning for the unexpected future is something you need to keep in mind.
Call it your plan B
There’s no doubt that when you believe in something you go after it with all your heart and soul. It’s no different when it comes to your business.
No doubt you are more than willing to work at making your business a success but unexpected things do come up.
When these unexpected things come up you need to have plan B.
Here are some tips to help you prepare for those unexpected time. Keep these goals in mind.
1. Develop Multiple Streams of Income. In my soon to be released book Sexy, Savvy and Successful I talk about having multiples streams of income. This can help you greatly when one portion of your business may experience a lull. Even though you think you don’t need it you’ll be better prepared for the unexpected.
2. Start a Savings Account. Even if you only start your savings with $5.00 just start it. You might be surprised how quickly this adds up. Another way to save money is to take you coins and put them into a large jar. One year my father was able to take us all on a trip to Hawaii. All because he kept putting those coins in his jar. Even the smallest amount will add up as time goes on. This may require that you have will power.
3. Develop Your Skills. Always be on the look out for opportunities. These opportunities may present themselves and enable you to learn completely different skills. Be on the look out for ways to broaden your horizons. If you do this you’ll feel so much better about your future. Always have a plan B.
4. Make a business plan. When you write down what the goals are for your business you’ll find it easier to stay on track. You will reach your goals much faster. A business plan is so important that I included one for you to fill out in the workbook that accompanies my book. I want you to be totally prepared!
Make wise choices. Prepare as best you can for what unexpected things life might throw your way.
