Today I’m going to share with you the blogging for brand awareness strategy of having someone be a guest blogger on your site!
I teach my clients that they need to be open and aware of strategies that put them in front of their ideal customers. Always be on the look out for opportunities to create brand awareness. Having a guest blogger on your site is one of those strategies.
Think of it as inviting someone to your blog to chat!
You see, when you have a guest blogger on your site one of the prerequisites is that they tell their audience about it. In other words they need to share the post on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter Google + and any other social networking site they use. This helps them get visitors to their post as well as bring traffic to your site.
One of the things you also want is to have people commenting on the guest post and again if these bloggers tell their fans about the guest post then hopefully there will be engagement.
This is a win-win for both of you. The guest blogger gets in front of your audience and you get in front of theirs!
